Job Summary

Position Summary

A high-impact fully remote Account Executive role focused on driving growth in the U.S. market. This position is ideal for a proactive B2B SaaS sales professional who thrives on building pipelines managing complex deals and selling into data-driven marketing and sales environments.

What Youll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close (60180 day deals)
  • Build and maintain a strong self-generated pipeline (35x coverage)
  • Manage multi-stakeholder deals across marketing sales and operations leadership
  • Deliver tailored demos and ROI-driven business cases tied to revenue outcomes
  • Accurately forecast and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

What Were Looking For

Experience

  • 35 years of SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment (80100%)
  • Background in MarTech SalesTech or related ecosystems
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders (VPs C-suite)
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC)

Skills & Mindset

  • Strong ability to build a pipeline independently (not reliant on inbound or SDR support)
  • Focus on business outcomes such as pipeline growth conversion and revenue efficiency
  • Solid understanding of data concepts (ICP modeling enrichment attribution)
  • Ability to position solutions across integrated tech stacks (CRM automation tools)
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced evolving markets

  • Experience limited to transactional or short sales cycles
  • Heavy reliance on inbound or SDR-generated leads
  • Difficulty building ROI-driven business cases
  • Limited exposure to senior-level stakeholders
