Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with clients building rapport and trust

- Assist clients with property inquiries scheduling appointments and providing information on available properties

- Process rental and sales applications ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately

- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to assist with lead generation and follow up on potential clients

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and preparing documents as needed

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills

- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus

- Must be able to work full-time including occasional weekends and evenings
