Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Technician (Electrical & Mechanical) 1st Shift
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Mechanic to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment on 1st shift only. This is a hands-on role focused on electrical mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and PLC troubleshooting repair and preventative maintenance of production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot repair and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment
- Perform electrical mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and PLC diagnostics
- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance (PM programs)
- Use hand tools power tools and shop equipment (drill press grinders band saws hydraulic presses etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals
- Perform welding brazing and cutting as needed
- Support continuous improvement and reduce downtime/scrap
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (LOTO machine guarding ISO/IATF practices)
- Train and assist other maintenance team members when needed
Qualifications:
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience (required)
- Strong experience with mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic and PLC systems
- Skilled in using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and make sound technical decisions
- Technical training or equivalent experience preferred
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing plant setting (standing for long periods)
- Required use of PPE including steel-toe shoes hearing and eye protection
- Strong focus on safety and quality standards
Shift & Schedule:
- 1st Shift only
- Full-time direct manufacturing support role
