We are hiring a high-performing Sales Executive with 7 years of professional staffing sales experience to join our fully remote national sales team. This is a pure hunter role focused on new client acquisition enterprise growth and expanding innovative staffing solutions across the U.S.
You will drive new business for a modern staffing model offering Direct Hire Contingent Staffing and MSP (Direct Hire MSP solutions) to Fortune 1000 and mid-market clients. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in complex deal cycles and relationship-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and win new enterprise and mid-market staffing clients
Own the full sales cycle: outreach qualification negotiation closing and onboarding
Sell professional staffing solutions (IT Engineering Finance & Accounting etc.)
Build relationships with HR Talent Acquisition Procurement and MSP leaders
Manage complex multi-stakeholder sales processes
Meet and exceed aggressive revenue and new business targets
Attend industry conferences and networking events (23 times per year)
Required Experience & Qualifications
7 years in professional staffing sales (new business focus required)
Proven success selling to enterprise and mid-market organizations
Strong network within the talent ecosystem (TA Procurement MSP CW Program leaders)
Established relationships with decision-makers in Tech Finance or Engineering sectors
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong closing ability
Bachelors degree required
Proficient with CRM tools (e.g. Dynamics) Zoom and MS Office Suite
Must reside in the United States and be able to travel occasionally
