Job Summary

Overview
We are hiring a Field Service Technician III to support commercial printers copiers and multi-function printers (MFPs) in a fast-paced customer-facing environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for technicians who enjoy troubleshooting repair and field service operations with a strong focus on uptime and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform break/fix repair and preventive maintenance on copiers printers and MFP devices
Respond to on-site service calls and resolve technical issues quickly
Diagnose mechanical electrical and network-related equipment problems
Maintain accurate service reports logs and documentation
Ensure all equipment meets performance and quality standards
Communicate effectively with customers and deliver an excellent service experience
Identify and report recurring product or service issues
Follow all customer site safety and compliance protocols

Qualifications

24 years of field service technician experience (printers/copiers/MFP preferred)
Associates degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong troubleshooting skills in digital imaging equipment
Ability to work in a 24/7 environment including on-call rotations
Valid drivers license with clean driving record; travel required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical fieldwork
Must meet customer requirements including site access/security clearances

Compensation & Benefits

$30 $35/hour (based on experience)
Transportation allowance optional company vehicle
Mileage/auto allowance during initial period
