Job Summary
Senior Helpers ofWaxhaw & Monroe maintains a commitment to excellence through selective hiring. We are seeking highly qualified caregiversincluding HHAs PCAs and CNAsto support seniors throughout Union Cabarrus Stanly and Rowan counties.
Because we provide top-tier support to our clients we utilize a rigorous hiring process to ensure we onboard only the most skilled reliable and compassionate professionals in the field. This role is designed for credentialed individuals who take pride in their expertise and are looking for a supportive environment that recognizes professional merit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing dressing grooming mobility)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Participate in client preferred activities (e.g. gardening games crafts)
- Prepare meals and support light household tasks
- Monitor and document changes in clients physical or cognitive condition
- Maintain a safe clean environment
- Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare professionals
- Follow individualized care plans and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience required
- Compassionate patient and dependable
- Reliable transportation to client homes
- Must pass background and Drug screenings
