Job Summary
RSMC services is currently hiring for full time Associate Dentists and managing Clinical Directors with full time availability for our dental support organization (DSO) office.

Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a patient-centric dental team
Deliver exceptional ethical and high-quality dental care
Perform full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
Present and discuss treatment plan options with patients
Provide efficient and excellent clinical treatments
Collaborate with Operations team to meet financial goals
Mentor and coach new dentists and dental team members
Stay updated through continuing education and professional development
Engage with dental associations and community groups to represent the practice
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Strong leadership clinical judgment and commitment to patient care
