We are seeking certified P3 Preschool Teachers for the school year who are committed to helping young children learn play and grow. As part of our partnership with the Mount Laurel School District you will support the care and education of preschoolers ages 35 while contributing to a nurturing developmentally rich early learning environment.

Schedule Details:

• MondayFriday hours to be determined
• 40 hour week
• School Year Position (AugustJune)
• Opportunity to pick up additional hours during the summer if desired
• Follows the Mount Laurel School District calendar

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
• P3 Certification; Standard preferred. Can accept CE with EPP and mentorship or CEAS with mentorship
• State required background checks

Salary: $55000 - $60000 per Academic Year

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that reflect the needs interests and developmental levels of preschool learners.
• Lead daily classroom activities while maintaining a safe nurturing and wellmanaged learning environment.
• Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and apply new strategies to enhance instructional quality.
• Plan and facilitate educational experiences that support all areas of early childhood development.
• Communicate effectively with students families and colleagues to build strong positive relationships and support a collaborative school community.
