OTR driving means traveling across 3 states and spending nights in your truckan essential step that opens the door to regional and dedicated routes with better home time.
Now Hiring: Houston and surrounding Texas areas
Paid Training to Get You Started Begin with a 4-week OTR training program earning $650 per week. During this time youll be out on the road continuously gaining hands-on experience nationwide.
After training:
Take 25 days off to reset
Meet with a terminal manager
Get assigned your truck and choose from available routes
Once you go solo drivers typically earn $1300$1600 per week depending on route and performance.
Route Options & Home Time
OTR: Home every 1014 days
Regional: Weekly home time sometimes more often
Local: Limited availability generally not immediate

Late-model Freightliner trucks (mostly automatic)
Experienced operations team focused on your growth

No contracts required. As you gain experience youll have the flexibility to move between divisions or into regional and local roles as they become available.
Basic Requirements
21 years or older
Valid Class A CDL with current DOT physical
CDL school graduate (120 hours) within the last 2 years
Ability to pass DOT tests (urine & hair)
Clean background check
Accident history (past 5 years no pending cases)
Traffic record (past 3 years)
Simple Hiring Process
Submit your application
Complete a short phone interview
Move forward with the next step if qualified
Get scheduled for orientation
Well cover transportation to orientation or reimburse your fuel. Meals are provided during orientation.
