Project Manager – Digital Transformation Delivery

Compensation: $130000 total package

Overview

Our client is seeking a client-facing Program Manager / Senior Project Manager to take ownership of delivery on an active project already in the build phase.

This is a highly execution-focused role where priorities can shift quickly. The ideal candidate brings strong structure calm under pressure and the ability to manage delivery while maintaining alignment across demanding stakeholders.

This person will be expected to own delivery drive conversations and bring maturity to the engagement.

What Youll Do

• Take over an active project in the build/execution phase and ensure smooth delivery
• Manage timelines scope risks and expectations across stakeholders
• Lead client-facing conversations and maintain strong relationships
• Drive accountability across technical and cross-functional teams
• Navigate shifting priorities while keeping delivery on track
• Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure execution clarity
• Bring structure to environments that may lack organization on the client side

What Were Looking For

• Strong experience managing digital / IT projects in build and execution phases
• Proven ability to operate in client-facing roles with demanding stakeholders
• Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding delivery implications
• Ability to speak the language of APIs integrations microservices etc. (not hands-on but fluent)
• Strong ownership of risk timelines scope and expectation management
• Experience in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
• Ability to step into a live project quickly and stabilize delivery

Preferred Background

• Consulting experience strongly preferred
• Experience working on complex client-facing digital engagements
• Background in environments requiring both delivery ownership and stakeholder management
