Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelors degree in Science Technology Engineering or Math and 5 years of related experience or an Advanced degree in Science Technology Engineering or Math and 3 years of related experience.

• Tool design experience.

• Ability to read and interpret repair requirements and engineering part prints

• Strong working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

• Familiarity with typical repair and manufacturing processes including machining grinding and special processes including shot-peen welding brazing riveting and coating processes including plasma spray.

• Familiarity with commonly used tooling materials.

• Demonstrated competency in mechanical drafting detailed drawing preparation revision and release processes.

• CAD modeling & drafting experience

• 10% Travel

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

• 3000 hours NX/Unigraphics

• Teamcenter experience preferred.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles commuting to and from the assigned site is the employees personal responsibility.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process candidates may be asked to attendselect steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 86800 USD - 165200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
