We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish highly organized and experienced in handling customer accounts order processing and client communications with professionalism and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service support to clients distributors and internal teams
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and online channels in both English and Spanish
• Process orders invoices shipping updates returns and product inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records and order information in company systems
• Use Microsoft Excel fluently for reporting data entry order tracking and inventory coordination
• Collaborate with sales production logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with product documentation account updates and customer follow-up
• Support daily office and administrative customer service functions

Qualifications

• Bilingual: English and Spanish required
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required (advanced data entry spreadsheets formulas reporting)
• Previous customer service experience required
• Experience in fragrance manufacturing personal care products cosmetics beauty or similar consumer products is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
