Journeyman Electrician

Seeking dependable electricians to support a large-scale commercial retail lighting upgrade in Las Vegas NV. This is overnight work on active commercial retail sites throughout the Las Vegas area and requires individuals comfortable working in fast-paced environments with high standards for safety quality and productivity. Ideal for electricians looking to deepen their experience in commercial lighting retail lighting upgrades and structured project work.

These projects are just now kicking off and we can start you immediately if you meet all hiring requirements have the right tools and PPE and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Support commercial retail lighting upgrades across multiple Las Vegas locations including fixture removal new lighting installation and retrofit work.
• Assist Journeymen and Foremen with commercial lighting systems circuits and device installation.
• Perform consistent repeatable tasks aligned with retail lighting upgrade scopes.
• Safely use ladders lifts and hand tools common to commercial retail environments.
• Handle material staging tool organization and jobsite logistics for commercial lighting projects.
• Maintain a clean safe and professional jobsite on high-visibility retail locations.
• Follow project schedules closely to meet overnight retail lighting deadlines.
• Comply with all safety protocols PPE requirements and site-specific commercial standards.
• Communicate clearly with crew leads and contribute to efficient commercial retail workflows.

Requirements:

• 2 years of electrical experience (apprentice through higher-level field experience welcomed).
• Hands-on exposure to commercial lighting retail lighting or lighting upgrade projects.
• Understanding of basic commercial electrical practices and job site expectations.
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently in Las Vegas.
• Reliable transportation to and from commercial retail job sites.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights as required.
• Able to work independently while supporting a structured commercial lighting crew.
