About the Role:

Join our team of dedicated staff in providing accessible mental health and wellbeing services for children adolescents and families. Wilder is a first-implementer Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). As part of this innovative model of mental health care you will collaborate closely with other service partners in ensuring coordinated integrated care for clients and their families.

We invite a talented experienced Licensed Psychologist to provide academic and clinical oversight for our evolving practitioner to professional pipeline. This role is dedicated to the cultivation of clinical competence tasking you with the comprehensive management of internship and postdoctoral programs within each of the therapy disciplines (social work counseling marriage and family therapy) and maintaining relationships with partner schools. You will participate in APPIC work towards attaining APA accreditation for predoctoral psychology internships and develop standards for postdoctoral psychology fellowships. Beyond training you will oversee the psychology teams execution of advanced psychological consultation and assessment services including understanding the business model of testing services. You will guide and champion division-wide staff development and ensure attainment of rigorous training requirements under statute and regulatory bodies including DHS and CCBHC. Working in close concert with the Clinical Director of Community Mental Health and Wellness you will promote an interdisciplinary synergy grounded in the One Wilder philosophyensuring that Wilder remains at the forefront of culturally responsive evidence-based care within a multifaceted community landscape.

Qualifications:

A doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology and licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) are required along with a minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience providing direct care in therapy and/or psychological evaluation. Must have working knowledge of psychological assessment tools and testing instruments as well as at least three years of experience supervising or overseeing the training and development of mental health professionals.

Preferred qualifications include completion of an APA-accredited program prior experience working in a mental health or clinical setting and experience working with underserved communities.
