Our challenge
We are seeking a skilled Actimize Developer to join our team responsible for designing configuring customizing and supporting NICE Actimize AML/FCC solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance risk mitigation and financial crime prevention initiatives.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other accordance with law the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh PA/ Birmingham AL/ Dallas TX/ Phoenix AZ is$120k - $130k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions within NICE Actimize AML/FCC framework to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Configure and customize Actimize modules to optimize detection monitoring and investigation processes.
- Support the deployment integration and ongoing maintenance of Actimize applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders compliance teams and IT to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Perform system testing validation and troubleshooting of Actimize applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations customizations and processes.
- Support regulatory reporting and audit requirements by providing effective solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in NICE Actimize platforms and financial crime regulations.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with NICE Actimize AML/FCC solutions.
- Strong knowledge of financial crime regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Programming skills in relevant languages (Java SQL Python etc.).
- Experience with system configuration customization and integration.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Relevant certifications or training in NICE Actimize solutions are a plus.
Preferred but not required:
- Knowledge of financial services industry and banking operations.
- Experience with other anti-money laundering and fraud detection tools.
- Understanding of data analysis and pattern recognition techniques.
