Qualifications
TOTH is currently seeking a CAD Drafter to utilize AutoCAD/Civil 3D in our Land Services Department. The right individual will be a motivated and a resourceful team member who can multi-task while remaining organized. The ability to excel in an atmosphere with multiple active and high-priority projects is required. While completing assigned duties the CAD Drafter must collaborate and integrate into a team of professionals while providing value toward the efficient completion of our projects and tasks is critical.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce drawings for permitting exhibits
- Perform high-level review of preliminary data and final products to ensure usability and accuracy of the product
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed
- Perform other related technical and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment on projects with project engineers consultants and other employees
- High self-motivation for completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner with minimal supervision and guidance
- Strong attention to detail while completing tasks to meet aggressive project schedules
Additional Desired Qualifications and Skills (not required):
- Associates degree in drafting or equivalent technical experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts practices and procedures
