Position: Caregiver
Location: Monroe GA
Schedule: Full-time MondayFriday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (some weekend availability preferred)
Pay: $1416/hr

Job Description:

We are looking for compassionate dependable caregivers to support a client in their home in Monroe this role youll provide meaningful care assistance with daily routines and hands-on support with personal care needsalways with respect dignity and a warm heart.

This is a non-judgmental client-centered role where your presence makes a real difference. The client requires moderate to maximum assistance so experience with hands-on care is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and daily supervision
• Assist with personal care and medical needs as required: moderate to max assist (bathing dressing grooming oral care skin care continence care colostomy care toileting)
• Support mobility ambulation and transfers (fall risk must ensure safety and proper use of wheelchair safety belt)
• Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
• Perform light housekeeping (cleaning surfaces floors dishes trash)
• Complete laundry and change bed linens
• Observe and report changes in client condition or needs
• Maintain open communication with office staff

Requirements:

• Relevant certifications or training (CNA PCA CPR First Aid preferred)
• Current TB test
• Experience with hands-on personal care (colostomy care experience preferred)
• Compassion professionalism and reliability
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Dependable transportation
