Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Sr. Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) the Sr. FP&A Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership transforming complex financial data into actionable insights that shape the companys strategy. This is a hands-on highvisibility role that offers significant ownership cross-functional partnership and the chance to drive meaningful improvements across the business. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the companys financial forecasting budgeting and long-range planning processes; improve planning accuracy cadence and controls
• Partner closely with executive leadership to support strategic planning and resource allocation
• Prepare monthly forecasts financial models and scenario analyses to inform key business decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with department leaders to provide data-driven insights performance reporting and financial guidance
• Monitor monthly revenue expenses and key performance metrics; clearly communicate variance drivers to stakeholders
• Develop and deliver financial presentations for the Board of Directors executive leadership and company-wide communications
• Work closely with Accounting and Analytics teams to ensure timely accurate and compliant financial reporting
• Own and enhance FP&A systems tools and processes to elevate accuracy scalability and productivity
• Mentor and develop team members fostering analytical rigor and continuous improvement
• Support ad hoc projects and additional responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Strategy or related field
• 8 years of FP&A corporate finance investment banking equity research or similar experience; prior people-management experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment preferred
• Experience as a people leader or a team lead with proven ability to mentor and coach
• Strong understanding of GAAP and how accounting impacts financial models and forecasts
• ERP implementation experience ideally Microsoft Dynamics
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial modeling
• Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to collaborate across levels and functions
• Highly organized with strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Able to work independently manage multiple priorities and operate with urgency when required
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Sound judgment discretion with confidential information and a hands-on proactive working style
• U.S. Person or lawful permanent resident to comply with U.S. government space technology export regulations.
