Installation of heavy glass shower doors (3/8 and 1/2) custom shelving and large-scale mirrors.

Ensuring every project is First-Time Complete by verifying site readiness and structural backing.

Communicating professionally with homeowners to explain installation details and maintain a clean job site.

Mentoring an apprentice/helper to maintain CIPs high standard of excellence.

You are organized punctual and keep a clean truck.

You can see the finished product and anticipate layout issues before they happen.

You are a wizard with a tape measure (down to the 1/16).

Clean Driving Record: Safety is non-negotiable.

Previous experience in glass high-end trim carpentry or precision remodeling is highly preferred.
