Range Attendant

General Purpose:
To ensure the continuous safe and efficient operation of the driving range by collecting maintaining and restocking golf balls while keeping the range clean organized and ready for guest use.

Pay:$17 - $18

Essential Duties:
Collect golf balls from the driving range using a ball-picking vehicle or manual equipment
Operate and maintain range-picking machinery safely and responsibly
Sort clean and restock golf balls in dispensing machines or baskets
Inspect range equipment and report maintenance or safety issues
Ensure the driving range remains clean organized and free of debris
Follow all safety procedures including wearing protective gear during collection
Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting scheduled picking times
Assist with general range or grounds duties as needed
Provide courteous interaction with staff and guests when required
Perform duties in various weather conditions including early mornings or evenings

Minimum Requirements:
Must have a valid drivers license (if driving golf carts or driving range equipment).
Must have a strong work ethic.
Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public.
Organized able to work well in fast paced environment.
Must have strong customer/guest orientation.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be dependable.

Physical Demands:
Frequently stands walks talks hears and uses hands.
Regularly reaches with hands and arms.
Occasionally climbs balances stoops kneels crawls crouches; tastes smells and sits.
Able lift up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise:
Regularly works in wet or humid condition (non-weather). Occasionally works in areas with moving mechanical parts; may come into contact with fumes or airborne particles toxic or caustic chemicals. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions.
