As an Educational Leader at Goodstartyoullcollaborate with Educators in your centre toobserve review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to the teams understanding of child development and early years content guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership teamyoulllead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diplomain Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current TASWorking with Children Check
