Job Summary
Hi there were Article. Were a North American based furniture company creating remarkably better furniture experiences one sofa at a time. And as the Vendor Quality Specialist (Decor) youll work with the Vendor Quality Lead to make sure our products are made well.
Why We Need You:
Our Vendor Quality Team needs you to check how vendors make our decor. You will set quality rules and train workers at the factories. You will also help fix problems when a product does not meet our standards. This helps us give our customers high-quality products they will love.
In your first few months you will learn our quality steps and meet our a year youll be proud to say you helped make our decor better while showing above the line behavior.

What Youll Do:
You will be part of a team of quality experts. You will spend time at factories to make sure they follow our rules.
- Visit factories to check on products like rugs lights and mirrors.
- Show factory teams how to meet Articles quality rules.
- Find out why a product is failing and help fix the problem.
- Write reports in English about what you find at the factories.
- Be adaptive and ready to travel to meet with our suppliers.
- Use Google tools (G-Suite) to share data with the team.
Who You Are:
Qualifications
- You have a degree in Quality Assurance or a similar technical field.
- You have 5 years of experience working with furniture or home decor.
- You are a current employee of Article in good standing.
Technical Skills
- You know how to check if a vendor is doing a good job.
- You can find the root cause of a problem and suggest a permanent fix.
- You can use a computer for reports and data.
Additional Requirements
- You can speak and write well in English.
- You are happy to travel to visit vendors.
- Completion of a criminal background check
