Job Summary
JOH Partners is currently working on an exciting Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Risk role based in Jeddah KSA.
Working for a Listed Group Holding company the position will be based in Jeddah and report to the Chief Legal Counsel you will work closely with all department heads and support staff. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities including reviewing and examining legal documents for compliance with Saudi Laws and Regulations drafting bilingual legal documents undertaking legal research and liaising with external advisors on legal proceedings. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and overseeing control systems.
In addition you will assess the businesss future ventures to identify possible compliance risks prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies liaise with various Saudi Governmental and regulatory authorities including the Capital Market Authority and provide legal assistance to the group portfolio companies.
