Job Summary
Grounds Maintenance Assistant Green keeper.
Permanent Full Time 37 hoursseasonal working hours apply.
Grade C 26033 - 27759

Key duties and responsibilities.
Working within the street scene department on theHartwood Golf coursebased atHartwood Golf Course
To work with the green keeping team to ensure thatHartswoodgolf course ismaintainedto ensure year-round play.
Key skillsrequired
- Current driving licence.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- High levelof flexibility positive can-do attitude.
- Working knowledgeof fine turf maintenance and associated equipment
- Knowledge and experience offine turf cultivation
- Workingknowledge andskills in the useof sophisticated mowing equipment and handheld equipment such as strimmers hedgecuttersand other horticultural equipment.
- Experience in grounds maintenance works such as pruning weeding planting fine turf preparation
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- High levelof peopleskills
- Experience of teamworkingand lone working whererequired.
