Key Responsibilities

PMO Reporting & Visibility

• Support centralized project reporting to improve visibility prioritization and decisionmaking.
• Produce timely standardized status reports dashboards and summaries for PMO leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Enhance executive visibility through consistent accurate and prompt reporting.

Governance & Standards

• Assist with project governance by maintaining consistent reporting tracking and followup processes across initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards templates and best practices.
• Maintain and continuously improve Wealth PMO templates tools and documentation.

Project & Program Support

• Provide daytoday coordination support to Program and Project Managers including tracking actions risks issues and dependencies.
• Support project intake and onboarding activities as required.

Delivery of Small Initiatives

• Manage small projects or initiatives independently as assigned with increasing scope and complexity as experience develops.
• Coordinate deliverables timelines and stakeholder communications for assigned initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• 24 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar project support role.
• Experience supporting multiple projects in a PMO or similar environment preferably within financial services or wealth management.
• Working knowledge of project governance reporting and delivery methodologies.
• Handson experience with project management tools such as MS Project JIRA Confluence or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executivelevel reporting.
• High attention to detail and commitment to consistency accuracy and followthrough.

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is$42500 to $71000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a bonus addition The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees including health insurance coverage wellness programs life and disability insurance retirement savings plans paid leave programs education-related programs paid holidays and vacation time and many others. This role follows our inoffice work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.
