What You Will Do

Assist customers in both English and Spanish throughout the vehicle purchase process
Build and maintain strong relationships within the Spanish-speaking community
Manage incoming leads and customer inquiries
Develop and grow your own client portfolio
Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
Deliver a professional transparent and personalized experience
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What We Are Looking For

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a go-getter mindset
Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
Organized with strong follow-up discipline
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Automotive sales experience is an asset but not required
