What Youll Do

As a FlexSchool Teacher you will combine strong teaching practice with creativity collaboration and personalized student support. Core responsibilities include:

• Plan and teach engaging courses (minimum 5 classes per trimester)
• Create inclusive supportive classroom environments for diverse learners
• Collaborate with Learning Specialists and Counselors to implement student Learning Profiles and accommodations
• Maintain grading assignments and communication through our school systems
• Lead a daily advisory supporting students academic and executive functioning growth
• Participate in faculty collaboration professional development and school events
• Communicate regularly and thoughtfully with students and families
• Support electives FlexFriday programming and broader school community activities
• Prepare reports and documentation related to student progress meetings and recommendations

Schedule & Expectations

• On campus approximately 7:45 AM 4:00 PM

Credentials

• Bachelors Degree required
• Certification or Masters Degree preferred
• Experience working with a neurodivergent population is a plus
