CNC Set Up & Programmer

Performs a variety of machine operations utilizing numerical control machines to cut shape or form metal parts to specifications. Does set ups and writes a program on the software and/or at the .

CNC Set Up & Programmer Schedule:

Monday Friday ; overtime availableand flexible schedule

1st. Shift flexible schedule :

- 7:00 am 5:30 pm or

- 6:00 am - 4:30 pm

CNC Set Up Operator & Programmer Requirements:

- Five- plus years of proven hands-on programming experience on CNC lathes and Swiss style CNC machines.

Able to do set-ups

- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Knowledge of ESPRIT is a plus

Able to read and understand blueprints and understand inspection per customer and quality requirements

Proficient in the use of calipers micrometers and other measurement devices.

Capable of lifting 35-40 lbs.

Knowledge of cutting tools used in CNC machines.

Able to make adjustments on the machine .

Good communication skills

High attention to detail

Good technical and mathematical skills

Able to lift 50 lbs.
