Job Description

A leading publishing corporation is hiring a Program Manager: Level 3 to support a remote team. This role involves managing complex cross-functional initiatives within Product and Engineering focusing on driving impactful business results.

Program Manager: Level 3 Responsibilities:

• Define and track program goals success metrics and intended outcomes to ensure alignment with overall strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and leadership to prioritize initiatives resolve misalignments and drive shared outcomes.
• Break down high-level goals into detailed plans including scope dependencies and ownership to guide execution.
• Bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces establishing structures that facilitate effective progress despite evolving priorities.
• Develop and oversee program governance decision-making frameworks and operating rhythms to ensure accountability and visibility.

Program Manager: Level 3 Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs within technical or product environments.
• Ability to align strategy priorities and execution across multiple teams with a strong focus on measurable results.
• Experience operating effectively in ambiguous situations and establishing structure where needed.
• Strong systems thinking skills managing dependencies sequencing work and making tradeoffs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to proactively resolve risks and dependencies.
