Available Shift:
2nd shift: 3:00pm -11:30pm Monday - Friday (Starting pay for this role is $24.95 $1.00 shift premium)
Essential Responsibilities:
-Performs periodic documented testing of materials both manufactured and purchased including material trials and retesting to quality specifications
-Records quality test results communicates results issues quality alerts and deviations as needed in a timely manner
-Monitor and analyze test data identify trends in data and communicate to supervisor and manufacturing engineers as needed; Statistical Process Control (SPC)
-Performs periodic reviews of testing standard work and recommends any needed changes
-Perform SAP transactions needed to place material in/out of quality hold and quarantine/label nonconforming material
-Support Product Teams
-Maintain Quality and Processes
-Conduct material testing including performance testing
-Communicate test results clearly and concisely in a timely manner
-Reviews incoming material certificates of analysis (COAs) on an audit basis for compliance to specifications and records audit results
-Monitors quality standards of manufactured materials
-Complete needed equipment calibrations and preventive maintenance; communicate any calibration concerns
-Program testing equipment for new part additions. This includes the Instron testing equipment as well as Keyence Hexagon MTS equipment Alpha testing equipment as needed
Basic Qualifications:
*2 years manufacturing experience
*1 year SAP experience
Top candidates will also have:
*Strong communication skills both oral and written
*Works well with others especially during high stress situations and at all levels of the organization
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Familiar with CQMS/ISO certification especially calibration document control internal auditing
*Self-starter able to work independently
*Experience with Infinity SPC system
*Experience using and programming testing equipment; Instron Alpha Keyence Image Measurement Hexagon CMM 3D scanning MTS test equipment
