National Law Firm Healthcare Transactions Associate (36 Years)
A well-established national law firm is looking to add a Healthcare Transactions Associate in Miami.
This is a great opportunity for an attorney who wants to work on complex high-value healthcare deals advising providers investors and healthcare platforms on strategic transactions.
What Youll Be Doing
- Advising on healthcare M&A and transactional matters
- Structuring and negotiating acquisitions joint ventures and affiliations
- Supporting regulatory aspects of healthcare transactions (Stark Anti-Kickback etc.)
- Working with private equity-backed healthcare platforms and provider groups
- Managing key components of deals from diligence through closing
What Theyre Looking For
- 36 years of healthcare transactional and/or M&A experience
- Experience with healthcare regulatory frameworks is a plus
- Strong drafting and deal management skills
- Ability to work directly with clients and manage workflow
- Strong academic credentials
