Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital is hiring a Medical Director to lead our Wildwood location guiding clinical excellence while providing comprehensive medical surgical and dental care to companion animals including cats and dogs.

- Compensation: $150000$258000 total earning potential (ProSal with no negative accrual)
- Bonus:up to $50000
- Annual Medical Director Stipend
- Schedule: Full-time with flexible options. Choose from 6-hour or 12-hour shifts (8am2pm 2pm8pm or 8am8pm). No on-call or after-hours responsibilities. Hours of operation: MondaySunday 8am8pm.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and uphold medical standards across GP & Urgent Care services
- Mentor and develop associate veterinarians
- Lead case discussions and promote collaborative medicine
- Partner with hospital leadership on growth recruiting and strategic planning
- Foster a positive high-accountability team-driven culture
- Maintain a clinical presence with a customizable schedule
Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college
- Active Missouri veterinary license in good standing
- 3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Prior leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred
