HVAC Comfort Advisor

TheHVAC Sales/Comfort AdvisorwithMauzy Cooling & Heatingwill be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting homeowners in finding solutions meet their needs best. The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid understanding of the home improvement industry with a proven track record in-home sales.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a great client experience by educating clients in ways we can improve the health safety and comfort of their home environment.
• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to offer various solutions to their HVAC needs
• Answer any customer questions and inform them of any information about their equipment.
• Recommend tailored solutions that meet the needs of individual clients.
• Communicate daily with the sales coordinator and/or sales manager.
• Maintain records of customer interaction and sales activities.
• Attend office time required for training meetings and required follow up/prospecting

Qualifications:

• HVAC experience is not required but a plus.
• B2C Sales Experience or aptitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales experience is required along with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems

Pay Transparency:

The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as its commission-based fully; the anticipated first year earnings average $50k-$150k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage life and disability insurance a retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). A candidates salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
