Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking a driven and compassionate Hospice Care Consultant to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to combine your sales expertise with purposehelping patients and families access exceptional end-of-life care when it matters most.

Compensation
$90000 to $140000 annually including base salary and commission potential.

What Youll Do

• Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians hospitals skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
• Educate healthcare professionals patients and families on the value of hospice care
• Serve as a trusted partner and resource in the community
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical team to ensure seamless patient transitions

What Were Looking For

• Proven track record in healthcare sales or business development
• Experience in hospice home health or post-acute care strongly preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently
• Passion for helping patients and families navigate end-of-life care
