Press Brake Operator

This role is responsible for full setup and programming at themachine on Cincinnati press brakes. You will work from prints to producehigh-quality parts in a low-volume high-mix environment. Responsibilities

Perform complete press brake setup including toolingselection and machine setup

• Program at the control for new and existing parts
• Interpret prints and determine bend sequence and setup approach
• Adjust for material variation and springback to achieve accurate parts
• Run production efficiently in a short-run / custom environment
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and conformance to specifications
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Occasional short production runs when required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Cincinnati press brakes (or similar equipment)
• Proven ability to set up and program at the machine
• Strong blueprint reading and understanding of tolerances
• Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments without constant direction
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Throughout the workday this person may be required to sit 10% stand 50% lift 20% bend squat stoop or twist 20%
• This person will be required to lift materials weighing between 1 and 80 pounds

1st Shift - 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (With overtime as required)
