APEX is seeking a talented Project Manager & Estimator Erosion Control to join our team in Brentwood CA.
In this role you will be responsible for driving new business developing client relationships and producing accurate estimates while managing projects from initial client engagement through a seamless handoff to operations. This position blends sales estimating and project coordination in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and grow existing client relationships.
- Conduct site visits to assess project needs and conditions.
- Develop detailed scopes of work site maps and accurate cost estimates.
- Manage projects from initial client engagement through execution and handoff to operations.
- Lead client communications meetings and pre-construction planning efforts.
- Collaborate closely with operations scheduling and accounting teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support estimating scheduling and project execution efforts as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals.
- Work in both office and field environments including active construction job sites.
What Were Looking For
- AA/AS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales customer service estimating or project management.
- Previous construction-related experience is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable delivering presentations to clients and groups.
- Strong customer service mindset with accountability and deadline focus.
