About the Role
Ready to be the face of a fast-growing fiber internet company thats transforming how communities connect At Omni Fiber our Outside Sales Representatives play a key role in bringing cutting-edge reliable internet directly to customers doorsteps.
In this role youll engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations and in-home consultations helping them discover the value of high-speed fiber internet voice and TV services. Youll own your territory build relationships and drive real impact by growing our customer base in the communities we serve.
This position supports the Bellevue region primarily working within Bellevue Huron Monroeville Norwalk Oak Harbor Port Clinton and Sandusky and surrounding areas. Due to the dynamic nature of our growth territories may shift based on business needs-giving you the opportunity to expand your reach and impact.
No prior sales experience No problem. We provide comprehensive hands-on training to set you up for success from day one.
What Youll Do
- Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations
- Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fibers internet voice and TV services
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory
- Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism integrity and energy in every interaction
- Follow all company policies sales practices and ethical standards
What to Expect
- Schedule: MondayFriday 11:00 AM 8:00 PM (hours may adjust based on seasonality and weather)

Qualifications:
- Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
- Valid drivers license acceptable driving record and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
- Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
- Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.
