Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking aSenior DevOps Engineerto design build and evolve our DevOps and cloud platform. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thrives in Linux environments builds robust CI/CD systems and is comfortable working across infrastructure and application layers.

You wont just maintain pipelines youll improve architecture automate complexity and shape platform standards that enable engineering teams to move faster and safer.

What Youll Do

• Architect build and maintainJenkins pipelines using Groovy and Python
• Design and implement automation usingAnsible
• Operate troubleshoot and optimizeLinux-based systems
• Support and enhanceKubernetes-based CI/CD execution environments
• Maintain and extendC# REST APIsand Python-based automation services
• Design and optimizeNoSQL data modelssupporting platform services
• Maintain and enhanceSPA-based internal tooling UIs
• Conductcode reviewsand promote high standards for quality security and maintainability
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous technical improvement
• Applydesign thinking and systems thinkingto DevOps and platform solutions
• Improve deployment reliability scalability and operational resilience
• Contribute to infrastructure provisioning and cloud architecture using Terraform
• Define and enforce best practices for source control branching strategies and deployment workflows
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule supporting critical platform services

What Were Looking For

• 7 years of experience in software engineering or DevOps environments
• Strong hands-on expertise navigating and troubleshootingLinux systems
• 3 years building and maintaining Jenkins pipelines using Groovy
• 3 years of experience with Ansiblefor configuration management and automation
• Professional experience inPython or C# including maintaining backend services
• Experience designing and working withNoSQL databases and data models
• Experience managingenterprise Git workflows and branching strategies

Nice to Have

• Experience withKubernetes particularly supporting CI/CD execution workloads
• Experience withTerraformfor infrastructure provisioning
• Experience implementingtest automation for CI/CD pipelines(e.g. Molecule)
• Experience building or maintainingSPA-based UIs
• Azure cloud experience or certifications

The estimated base salary range for this position is $150000-$170000 plus bonus & equity.
