Description:
Project Manager 1
Due to federal contract requirements United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with customer appropriate polygraph).
Capabilities:
- Prepare a resource-informed high-level roadmap of key effort activities for up to 5 years
- Provide analysis of operational objectives and prepare plans to meet objectives
- Prepare a work breakdown structure and schedule for projects
- Estimate LOE required to complete a given project.
- Understand team member strengths and weaknesses and use to make optimal work assignments.
- Direct and manage the activities of a project team
- Provide project and activity status reports to include input needed for PMRs.
- Provide direction and mentoring to project team members; set the appropriate goals and objectives
- Perform routine and non-SETA activities to support government procurement actions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with the Contractors contracts staff
- Review project risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate resources for the same
- Working directly with technical leads to allocate resources (staffing facilities and equipment) to multiple simultaneous requirements
- Prepare and complete action plans to be presented to the Government
- Review risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate resources for the same
- Mitigate project risks and issues that occur
- Document system and project process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Polygraph
- Five (5) years experience in managing projects and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
- Must have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis resource allocation project costing deliverable tracking schedule and financial data monitoring and reporting.
- Two (2) years of additional program management experience of similar scope type and complexity with the Federal Government may be substituted for a Bachelors degree.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
Salary Range:$100000.00 - $250000.00(Annually)
Annual Compensation Figures listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; annual hours worked; education; relevant prior work experience knowledge skills and competencies; certifications and geographic location.
