Building Maintenance TechnicianLooking for a hands-on role where you can take ownership of building operations and keep things running smoothly day to day trak group is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to support commercial properties and ensure a safe well-maintained environment for tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across building systems and grounds
- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC plumbing electrical and mechanical equipment
- Complete work orders and respond to tenant requests in a timely professional manner
- Support general upkeep including lighting minor repairs and safety compliance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building maintenance with knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Professional communication skills for interacting with tenants and team members
- Valid drivers license and ability to handle physical aspects of the role
