Qualifications

-Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive ALS aftercare products

-Understand and promote ALS membership options and service upgrades

-Consistently create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and educating the client on services and processes

-Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques

-A positive friendly upbeat and personable demeanor

-Organization skills regarding service notes from client appointment history

-Maintains state requirements with health and sanitation processes and suite cleanliness and organization

-Strong work ethic responsible punctual dependable and self motivated

-Ability to problem solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members guests and management

-Strong verbal and written communication skills
