KRE Security LLC is seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers for per diem school assignments throughout the Allentown area. This role offers flexible scheduling allowing officers to accept shifts based on availability while supporting safe and structured school environments.
This position is ideal for individuals seeking supplemental income flexible work or consistent school-based assignments without a fixed schedule requirement.

Typical Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible professional security presence within school environments
- Monitor entrances hallways and common areas
- Support a safe and orderly learning environment
- Respond to incidents safety concerns and emergencies
- Document activity and complete daily reports
- Follow school policies procedures and post orders
- Communicate effectively with school staff administration and supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior security military law enforcement or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable attendance when accepting assignments
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to obtain required Pennsylvania school clearances:
- ChildLine Clearance (Act 151)
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History (Act 34)
- FBI Fingerprinting (Act 114)
- Must pass background check
- Required in-person orientation prior to assignment
Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00 $20.00/hour (based on assignment)
- $0.25/hour for military veterans and active-duty service members
- Flexible per diem scheduling
