DonHattan Ford is booked for repairs and looking to grow! We are looking for an experienced friendly motivated person to fill our Service Advisor Position. This is a Mainline Service Advisor position and is best suited to someone who has previous service writing experience. We have a particular interest in candidates with Ford experience.

What Youll Do:

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend maintenance base on age mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

What We are Looking For:

• Great attitude with a commitment to positive customer experience
• Ability to work as part of a team and support other advisors when necessary
• Prior experience as a service advisor preferred
• Prior experience with the Ford brand preferred
• Money-motivated with a desire to grow
