Service Manager High-Volume Toyota Dealership (Chicago Metro)
We are hiring an experiencedService Managerto lead a fast-paced high-volume Toyota dealership in the Chicago metro area. This role is not for beginners. We are looking for a proven leader who understands how to run an efficient profitable service department while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead all service department operations with full accountability for performance
Manage coach and develop advisors technicians and support staff
Drive productivity efficiency and profitability across the department
Monitor KPIs and implement improvements where needed
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
Manage and control direct departmental expenses
Qualifications:
Prior experience as aService Manager in a dealership environment is preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive measurable results
Strong understanding of service department operations metrics and workflow
Ability to hold employees accountable and maintain high standards
Toyota or Lexus experience is preferred but not required
