Weekends are when demand is highestand when customers are most available and ready to move forward. That means better calls stronger close rates and higher average tickets.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $25.00 $40.00/hour (based on experience)
• Bonus plus uncapped commission
• Total earning potential of $55/hour with commission

What Youll Do as a Weekend HVAC Service Technician

• Diagnose service and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Deliver strong customer service and clear communication
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Respond to service calls with professionalism and urgency
• Attend manufacturer and safety training as required
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs

What Youll Bring

• 2 years of HVAC service experience (required)
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience
• Certification from a technical or trade school
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Strong customer service mindset and professionalism
