ID: Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15) Description: Please ensure traveler is aware of the following: Upon accepting an assignment and starting your role your unit manager may assign you to an Emergency Team where there will be an expectation to stay at the facility until after the event passes or be part of the relief team. Specific details pertaining to pay will be relayed on each emergency event as impacts vary. By signing your travel contract to take a position with Ochsner Health you accept the above and will report as assigned by your immediate unit manager if an emergency event were to occur. Must be over 65 miles (address on drivers license to site address) Must have 2 years experience in specialty for all locations. (New Orleans operating room req. 3 years) **NO CALL IN!** RTO must be on profile and brought up in the interview or there is a high chance offers will be rescinded. Compact or LA license in hand upon submittal Allied Candidates booked with pending license - Candidate must apply for Allied Health licensure within 72 hours of signing Orientation held 5 days a week References: Not required for submission however 2 Manager/Supervisor references will be required to obtain clearance to start contract. Recruiter please obtain Manager/Supervisor contact information prior to submission. Charge RNs are NOT acceptable. PDF format AHA certifications are required AWHONN Intermediate is required for L D RN CPI required for all CNA ER nurses must have CPI or be able to get it before start. This cert is somewhat difficult to get so please be prepared for this. NURSYS Reports for RNs must be sent with profile. Resources who worked as permanent staff or in-house agency contractors must be separated from Ochsner Health System for 1 full year before they can return as travel.
