The Financial Advisor role is focused on delivering high-quality advice managing relationships and being a key contributor to client experience.

- Salary range for this position will be $100K-$150K depending on experience and credentials

What Youll Do
- Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans (cash flow tax strategies investments retirement estate planning risk management)
- Conduct in-depth client discovery meetings to understand goals and priorities
- Guide clients through implementation alongside internal support teams
- Meet regularly with clients to review update and refine plans
- Monitor portfolios to ensure alignment with client strategies
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver well-rounded advice
- Delegate non-advisory tasks to maximize efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM
- Participate in client events and contribute to an exceptional client experience
- Contribute to firm initiatives and recommend process improvements
- Bring a collaborative team-first approach to the organization
What Were Looking For
- Experience in financial services (planning banking investments insurance etc.)
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Team-oriented with a high standard of professionalism
