What Youll Do
Lead & Inspire
- Build and coach a high-performing team that delivers excellence in every client interaction
- Create an inclusive motivating and growth-oriented work environment
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to foster communication and accountability
Drive Performance
- Oversee daily operations and business development activities
- Lead sales marketing and client engagement strategies
- Achieve profitability and growth goals outlined in quarterly business plans
Operate with Excellence
- Manage scheduling payroll and logistics for smooth day-to-day operations
- Ensure all sessions vehicles and equipment meet GYMGUYZ standards for quality and safety
- Resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate reporting and budgeting in alignment with company goals

What You Bring
- 3 years of management experience in fitness or related industries
- Proven leadership and sales success with a people-first approach
- Strong business acumen with budgeting and operations experience
- Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
