Position Summary
- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and be responsible to complete general maintenance and upkeep of the property guest rooms and public areas
- Uphold the highest standards of property maintenance across all hotel facilities with a strong focus on safety reliability and guest comfort.
- Demonstrate handson expertise with tools and equipment while remaining current with modern technologies and systems used within luxury hospitality environments
- Work autonomously and interdependently confidently managing shifts independently and taking full ownership of daily maintenance operations.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks to an exceptional standard including basic plumbing painting and carpentry.
- Proactively drive preventative maintenance programs to minimise downtime extend asset life and continuously enhance the guest experience.
- Identify recurring facility issues and implement safe efficient and longterm solutions aligned with best practice.
- Support seamless hotel operations by responding promptly and professionally to urgent and reactive maintenance requests.

- Relevant experience in general maintenance property maintenance in hotels facilities residential or commercial.
