Job Summary
Job Description
Report any kind ofincidentoccurred in LOMimmediatelyto the responsible authorities. (For example: Immediate supervisor EHS area etc.)
Follow established guidelines according to the policies for Safety Health Environment and Quality governed within the LEGO Group
Activelyparticipatein activities related to the topic of Safety Health Environment and Quality in the plant. (For example: Training drills programs etc.)
Comply withthe guidelinesestablishedin the processes in Global and Local way to fulfill the requirements of the OHSAS 18001 ISO 14001 & ISO 9001
Deliver on time and schedule the established processes and procedures related to the environmental care
including the correct waste handling and recycling as well as the correct use of all resources like water and electricity report any missing material for achievingthis processesin the right form alsoparticipatewith any continuous improvement ideas focused on the environmental care.
Share with Coordinator the shifts pending activities.
Responsabileof communicatingdesicionsand procedure modifications to his/her shifts personnel and to other shifts partners.
Help other Operators Technicians and peers when needed.
Assure high quality during machines start up and/or first run elements.
Give elements samples to QA for approval and liberation.
Analyze machines stop in moldingarea.
Cleaning of the area before andafter ofthechange over(Mould/Color) after making a process adjustment.
Inform the Operator about the special or special conditions of themouldmachineand process.
Run the productionaccordingthemouldcard.Fullfillthe accomplishment of the SOPs and Work Guides.
Work with QA Mold Maintenance and Machines Maintenance.
Use best practices at Molding.
Replace damaged equipment and notify Maintenance.
